For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body.
(2 Corinthians 5:10, NLT)
The godly Presbyterian preacher, Robert Murray McCheyne, was passing out tracts one day and handed one to a well-dressed lady. She gave him a haughty look and said, “Sir, you must know who I am!”
In his kind way, McCheney replied, “Madam, there is coming a day of judgment, and on that day it will not make any difference who you are!”
When that day comes you will not have to answer for your friends, your family or your associates. Your race, culture or social standing will not be important – the question will simply be, “What have you done about Jesus?”
"There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.”" (Acts 4:12, NLT)
